1. At last the new card machines have arrived and once we have the activation code they will be in operation, and hopefully speed up card response.

2. We have had our Chubb annual extinguisher inspection and all are in good working order.

3. We are having a small electrical appliance inspection PAT testing next week, all portable appliances will be tested.

4. The pitches will be re weed killed next week.

5. Our submission for the Rugby World Cup Impact programme grant has been submitted and we await to see if we have been successful. The main aim to improve social spaces in the club giving better facilities and ambiance for all particularly our lady members and guests.

6. The gents toilet will be fitted with new toilet paper dispenser and soap dispensers tis week. There are still adjustments to be made in the ladies. these will be done at the same time.
